Remove test-have-mamx-tile from Makefile.in 

Since have-mamx-tile is for TEST_CC only as shown in
sysdeps/x86_64/configure.ac:

LIBC_CONFIG_VAR([have-mamx-tile], [$libc_cv_test_x86_have_amx_tile])

remove test-have-mamx-tile from Makefile.in.
