regenerate ulps on x86_64 with -march=native 

On x86_64, when configuring glibc with CFLAGS="-O2 -g -march=native",
some tests fail. After this patch, "make check" succeeds.

Tested on Intel Core i5-4590 with gcc 10.2.1.
