Florian Weimer	f787e138aa	csu: Implement and use _dl_early_allocate during static startup This implements mmap fallback for a brk failure during TLS allocation. scripts/tls-elf-edit.py is updated to support the new patching method. Adhemerval Zanella	e4ba8fee1a	elf: Replace tst-p_alignmod1-editX with a python script This avoid the cross-compiling breakage when the test should not run ($(run-built-tests) equal to no).
