Florian Weimer 0f93d54cde Revert "Linux: Keep termios ioctl constants strictly internal" ... This reverts commit 3d3572f590. Reason for revert: TCGETS etc. work to some extent on at least a subset of architectures, so there is no pressing need to force applications off them.
