1. Correct CONFIG option in arm64 defconfig enabling the Qualcomm SoC
SNPS EUSB2 phy driver, because Kconfig entry was renamed when
changing the driver to a common one, shared with Samsung SoC, thus
defconfig lost that driver effectively.
