Alexey Edelev d22a696b66 Add '_sync_headers' for interface libraries to "ALL" ... Interface libraries don't build anything, commands that belong them might not run if nothing depends on an interface library. We still need to make sure that we run syncqt for interface libraries. Add '_sync_headers' for interface libraries to "ALL" explictily.
