Qt Declarative (Quick 2)

Lars Knoll 3a0bb11d73 Separate SimpleCallData and CallData ... SimpleCallData doesn't need any loca variables, so move it into a separate CallData Heap object. This also allows getting rid of the manual markObjects() implementation for CallContext.
