Windows: Remove warning about -qtlibinfix

-qtlibinfix is supposed to be applied to all libraries, so

  -qtlibinfix QtCore.5.6.dll

won't work. Anyhow, I also cannot reproduce the original problem
(QTBUG-7546), so we might as well nuke the whole section.
