sunxi: video: Add support for Hitachi tx18d42vm LVDS LCD panels 

Add support for Hitachi tx18d42vm LVDS LCD panels, these panels have a
lcd controller which needs to be initialized over SPI, once that is
done they work like a regular LVDS panel.
