make.sh: clean up platform fixup configures
1. move all platform fixup together in fixup_platform_configure(); 2. Support rk3308 build trust.img/uboot.img AArch32 1MB and AArch64 2MB. Change-Id: I02cf51bc8e01317caee0d6de157d832ef133ab4c Signed-off-by: Joseph Chen <chenjh@rock-chips.com>
